Refund policy

If you would like to refund an item you have received contact us info@karttellclo.com within 14 days of delivery.

You must wait for a return address to be sent to you via email as the address for exchanges/returns are different. We are not liable for any items sent to the wrong return address/ an address not stated to you via email.

Note that any items that have been worn, washed, damaged or have come out of the original packaging with the original contents and tags will not be eligible for returns/ exchange's. This includes packages that have been opened. Exchanges can only be made for like for like items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not met once inspected.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale (including promo discounts, clearance or marked “Final Sale”) are non-refundable and can only be exchanged, unless they are faulty or not as described.

We recommend checking sizing and product descriptions carefully before purchasing sale items

In addition, we do not cover the cost of returns/exchanges.

Once an order is placed, we cannot alter it for security so please make sure all details are correct. 

On some occasions a gift card will be offered as an alternative
