Shipping policy

At checkout you will select a shipping address.

UK Standard shipping: 3-5 working days

UK Express shipping: 1-2 working days

International shipping: 5-7 working days (Worldwide)

 

After order has been placed you will then receive an order confirmation email and then another that will contain your tracking number.

Customs charges on international orders will not be covered by KARTTELL.

Make sure that all details upon placing order is correct as we cannot alter address after order is placed under any circumstances.
